We ship to almost any address in the world! Your package will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, United States Post Office, or Spee-Dee depending which carrier is the most efficient and cost effective to your address.

Any products with the Free Shipping sticker free shippinghave no shipping costs, regardless of location or item quantity.

 

As all orders must be processed before they can be shipped,Jesslynbridal's Total Delivery Time is split into two parts: Processing Time, and Shipping Time. Please use the chart below to help you gauge the Total Delivery Time of your order.

 

To Ensure Delivery, We Require a Signature

 

A signature is required for your package to be delivered. Therefore we strongly recommend using a shipping address that has a receiving person to sign for the package. When the package leaves our shipping department, you will be emailed the carrier's name, tracking number and the shipping date. To receive the package in a timely manner, we suggest using a work address or residence where someone can sign for the package.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Should you need to return an item, we'll exchange it or credit you with purchase price .Please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special conditions apply.

Conditions for Return and Credit:

1) Returned merchandise must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged - and must have the tags intact and still attached. If the product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.

2) Personalized or dyed items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.

Obtaining an RMA Number

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #. RMA Numbers will expire after 5 days, and the item will not be accepted if it is returned after that time. Your RMA confirmation will include the address where you should ship your return.

We will provide you with an email that contains information on where returns should be shipped.

To ensure your return is quickly processed, we ask you to do the following:

1 Securely pack all the items you are returning in a single parcel and ship to the address provided in your Return Merchandise Authorization email.
2 Write your return merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the parcel.

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping carrier that offers parcel tracking such as Federal Express, DHL or UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

Credits are processed upon verification of the return.

Order cancellation

All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 10% of the item price.
